Role Overview

As an SPI Sales Representative, you are essential to our mission of delivering unmatched service and solutions to our clients. You will cultivate strong, lasting partnerships, identify opportunities for growth, and exceed sales objectives within your assigned territory. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of SPI’s specialized products and services, an agile problem-solving approach, and the ability to communicate our value-driven offerings effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Development: Forge and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to establish SPI as the trusted provider in premium oilfield services. Identify and engage potential customers, showcasing SPI's unique solutions to enhance their operations

  • Account Management Excellence: Prioritize client satisfaction by offering tailored solutions, resolving concerns, promptly, and collaborating closely with Operations and Management. Conduct regular check-ins to anticipate client needs and ensure SPI's services consistently exceed expectations.

  • Strategic Sales Execution: Drive SPI's territory-specific strategies to achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly targets. Maintain comprehensive sales activity records, including customer insights, market trends, and pipeline updates, in the SPI CRM system.

  • Market Intelligence and Innovation: Stay informed about SPI's evolving product lines and new industry trends to present clients with cutting-edge solutions. Collaborate with SPI's Marketing team to develop targeted content for outreach, including social media campaigns that highlight our industry-leading offerings

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales; a successful track record in achieving goals, preferably within oilfield services or the O&G sector

  • Strong knowledge of Drilling and Completion operations

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with travel within the assigned region.
